RESPECT-TB launched!

New dataset released (v3.4.1)
A new version of the CRyPTIC dataset (v3.4.1) has been made available on Zenodo today; it adds 53,916 VCF files and 53,975 FASTA files to the dataset, all the data tables are unchanged. For more information please see the Datasets page.

BashTheBug wins digital award!
The UK’s National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) announced that BashTheBug is the winner for the online community category in the “Let’s Get Digital” competition.
