The CRyPTIC project

New dataset released (v3.4.1)

A new version of the CRyPTIC dataset (v3.4.1) has been made available on Zenodo today; it adds 53,916 VCF files and 53,975 FASTA files to the dataset, all the data tables are unchanged. For more information please see the Datasets page.
